REFUND POLICY

At Spill Social, LLC (“Spill Social,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, customized marketing and creative services. Because each project involves significant strategy, research, and personalized work, our refund policy reflects the time and resources invested in every engagement.
1. General Policy
All payments made to Spill Social, LLC are non-refundable once work has begun. This includes (but is not limited to) deposits, retainers, strategy sessions, content creation, ad-management fees, or digital deliverables.
By submitting payment or signing a service agreement, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. Deposits and Retainers
For projects or retainers that require an upfront deposit:

Deposits secure your project slot and are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your project start date, we’ll make every effort to accommodate you within 30 days, pending availability.

If you cancel entirely, the deposit cannot be transferred or refunded.
3. Strategy Calls, Consultations, and Digital Products

Strategy Calls / Audits: Once a session is booked and confirmed, it may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, but not refunded.

Digital Products or Downloads (if applicable): Due to the nature of instant digital access, all sales are final and non-refundable.
4. Project Cancellations
If you cancel a project after work has begun:

Any completed work up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and must be paid in full.

No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for time, creative development, or materials already completed.
If we are unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will refund the portion of work not completed, at our discretion.
5. Client Satisfaction
We care deeply about your experience and strive to ensure you’re satisfied with the process and results.
If you have concerns about a deliverable or experience, please reach out within 7 business days of project completion at mckenna@spillsocial.com, and we’ll review your case promptly.
While we don’t guarantee refunds, we’re always open to resolving issues through edits, revisions, or future credit when appropriate.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication violates these terms. We reserve the right to pursue legal or collection actions for unpaid or disputed balances that fall outside our refund policy.
7. Policy Updates
Spill Social, LLC may update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
